Privacy policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
This policy explains how Haizion handles personal information collected through haizion.com. The short version is on How we use your data.
Who we are
Haizion builds office-paperwork helpers and runs local search for Australian trade businesses. For anything about your privacy, email contact@haizion.com.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to reply to you and arrange a call:
- What you type into our forms: your name, mobile number, work email, and your answers about your business (such as your trade, number of technicians and office staff, job system, your role, the suburbs you cover, and your website or Google Business Profile link).
- The campaign name in the web address of an email link you clicked (for example "ops-email-1"), so we know which email you replied to. It contains no personal details.
- If you book a call through Cal.com: your name, email, the time you chose, and anything you add to the booking.
- Anything you send us by email.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.
How we collect it
Mostly directly from you, through our forms, bookings and emails. We may also collect business contact details from public sources, such as company websites and public job advertisements, to contact businesses about our services.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange and hold the call.
- To follow up about your enquiry, if you agreed to be contacted.
- To see which of our emails led you here.
- To keep a record of your consent.
We don't use it for anything unrelated, and we don't sell it.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this website and our enquiries:
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Formspree, which delivers form messages to our inbox.
- Cal.com, if you book a call.
- Our email provider, which holds the emails we exchange.
We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Information that leaves Australia
Vercel, Formspree and Cal.com are companies based in the United States, so information you give us through this site may be stored or processed there.
How we protect it
Only the Haizion team can see enquiry details, and we rely on the security of the services listed above. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, so please don't send us passwords or payment details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them for the reasons above, then delete them. If you become a client, your written agreement says how long we keep business records.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Email contact@haizion.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We'll respond within 30 days.
Stopping messages
Every message we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and we act on it within 5 working days. You can also email us and ask us to stop.
If you become a client
How we handle your business's data in your job system, Xero and email is set out in your written agreement, and summarised on How we use your data.
Complaints
Please email us first so we can put it right.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
